There were 10 teams at the Prince Albert horse pull.  No light weight teams, so the ten teams were divided into middle weight and heavy weight.  Winners were

Middle weight - John Martin
Heavy weight - Ken Schreiner

Next and last horse pull for the season is at the Bell Barn in Indian Head.

It was a hot prairie day on the prairie and a hot pull in Odessa for Thunder on the Prairieis.  8 teams were in attendance for the afternoon horse pull.  You are going to see a name you haven't seen before and hopefully see a lot going forward.  Johnny Luster is the newest member of the QVHPC.  Welcome Johnny.

Results are:  Light weight was a draw between Johnny Luster and Rick Byrne
                                        each pulling 6500lbs

The horse pull season is off to a great start.  8 teams entered the competition at Tisdale.  The judge for the day was Kim Hewalo.
The winner for Heavy weight was Wayne Nagy pulling a total weight of 8500 lbs
                        Middle weight was John Martin pulling a total weight of 8000 lbs
There was no light weight class for this pull.
