I received the following message via our club's e-mail and am passing it on.  For the people around Regina, or further, if a road trip sounds like a good idea, this is a wonderful way to begin your Christmas Shopping.  A calendar which a year's worth of draft horse photos would make a wonderful gift!  I've included photos of the two figurines Eva mentions, after her message.  Both are wonderful.  For those of you who don't know about Trail of Painted Ponies, they make wonderful gifts and are great collectibles!

Hello --

This e-mail is being send on behalf of the Parkland Therapeutic Riding Association,(a Registered Charity), of which I am the treasurer and fund-raising chair.  The purpose is solely to provide some information which may be of interest to your members.

I will be attending a Craft Sale at the Community Hall in Lumsden this Saturday, November 3.  Show Hours are from 11 AM - 4 PM.  At that show, I will have the new 2013 Draft Horse Calendars for sale as fund-raising items for our association.  The cost is $20.00 each.  We also have Figurines and Ornaments from the Trail of Painted Ponies for sale.  There are two which may be of special interest to your members -- a Clydesdale named "King of Hearts" and a Shire named "Dashing Through the Snow".  Both are available as an ornament ($25) and figurine ($55).  All of these items would make great Christmas gifts for horse lovers.

Please check our website at www.ptrayorkton.com for more information about our association.  Thank you and hope to see some horse-people on Saturday.

PS -- my booth name is "Life's A Stitch!!" and the organizers have indicated that we will be located on the lower level of the hall.

Parkland Therapeutic Riding Association, Inc.
