Qu'Appelle Valley Horse Pull Club

Welcome to the Qu’Appelle Valley Horse Pull Club website.  We’d like to thank Stephanie Snell for putting it together for us.  You did a great job.  Thank you.

The Club held its’ Annual General Meeting in February.  The following are your executive for the year.

    Safety Committee – Kim Hewalo & Kiley Topliss

In March,  Rick Byrne and John Martin went to Valley City, ND.  A trip worth the drive.  Rick’s team placed second in the heavyweights and John’s team placed fourth in the middleweights.  Job well done!  Thank you for a fine representation of the club.

This year’s pulling season beings in Tisdale, SK on April 9, 2011.  Please come out and cheer on the teams and say hi to the people you haven’t seen all winter.  A fun day is planned for an undecided date as yet, in May.  The schedule for the 2011 season has been place on the website. Click on calendar.  Check it often as it will be updated as pulling competitions are booked.  Be sure and mark your calendar so you don’t miss the excitement.
